What if we could raise funds to support innovation in education while making a rainbow? With the Living Sky FUNd Run, we can!
The 2nd Living Sky Innovation FUNd Run: Colour Edition 2025 was held Saturday, October 4, 2025 at the North Battleford Centennial Park Track.
The event was open to staff and community. $1,500 was raised for the Supports for Independence (SFI) initiative. These dollars help remove barriers for students and help the division ensure learning is accessible for all. In the past SFI has provided tools such as:
- C-Pens (reading support device)
- Laptops for 1 to 1 learning for Speech to Text and Text to Speech options
- Lifts and other equipment to assist with mobility barriers
- iPads for Augmentative and Alternative Communication
