Innovation Dollars
Overview
Established in 2022, the Living Sky Innovation Fund aims to provide equitable opportunities across the division. The fund is dedicated to inspiring forward-thinking and supporting innovative ideas that enhance the educational experience for students now and in the future.
Objectives
- Encourage creativity and innovation within schools.
- Support projects and initiatives that benefit students.
- Promote values aligned with the Living Sky School Division.
Thanks to a generous 5 year commitment from Discovery Co-op and SaskTel, the Living Sky Innovation Fund is able to offer schools the chance to enhance services though innovative ideas:
- Discovery Co-op: Up to $2,000 in total for projects promoting Indigenous Culture/Truth and Reconciliation
- SaskTel (SaskTel Cares page: About Us | SaskTel Cares | SaskTel): Up to $2,000 in total for projects focusing on Empowering Connection in Education
