Innovation Fund - School Innovation Dollars
Overview
Established in 2022, the Living Sky Innovation Fund aims to provide equitable opportunities across the division. The fund is dedicated to inspiring forward-thinking and supporting innovative ideas that enhance the educational experience for students now and in the future.
Objectives
- Encourage creativity and innovation within schools.
- Support projects and initiatives that benefit students.
- Promote values aligned with the Living Sky School Division.
Thanks to a generous 5 year commitment from Discovery Co-op and SaskTel, the Living Sky Innovation Fund is able to offer schools the chance to enhance services though innovative ideas:
- Discovery Co-op: Up to $2,000 in total for projects promoting Indigenous Culture/Truth and Reconciliation in schools.
- SaskTel: Up to $2,000 in total for projects focusing on Empowering Connection in Education in schools.
We thank Discovery Coop and SaskTel for the opportunity to create enriching educational experiences that inspire and empower our students!
